USER ID’S AND PASSWORDS
Accounts can have multiple users however each user must have his or her own user ID and password. User ID and password are personal to you. You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and agree to notify Spectrum Supply Inc. if the password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or may have been compromised. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Spectrum Supply Inc. of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you in relation to the Site.
ONLINE ORDERS
Spectrum Supply Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any on-line orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices, unavailable quantities or credit reasons. Spectrum Supply Inc. maintains the right to refuse and cancel any orders at any time whether the order has been confirmed, your credit card charged or your order has been verbally received. If you order is cancelled all applicable charges made will be refunded in the same manner in which they were made.
SALES TAX
Spectrum Supply Inc. is required to charge goods and services tax and all applicable provincial sales tax on items for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. Upon ordering, please provide any valid exemption certificate.
LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES

RETURNS
Returns on items purchased must be within 10 days of receipt and must be approved by the Spectrum Supply Inc. in advance and in writing. Authorized returns are subject to restocking fees of A MINIMUM 15%. Any and all transportation cost are the sole responsibility of the PURCHASER to a destination at the discretion of Spectrum Supply Inc. Any returned goods must be in resalable condition, unopened and with the sale receipt or invoice. Custom orders or specialty goods cannot be returned.
EXPORTS
Spectrum Supply Inc. offers products only for delivery and use within Canada. Buyer assumes sole responsibility for arranging the export of the Products from Canada and their importation into other countries and shall at all times comply with all applicable laws in relation thereto, including but not limited to export control laws, rules and regulations of Canada. Spectrum Supply Inc. is not responsible for any product sale intended for export. Further the buyer represents and warrants that it will not export or divert Products to any country or to any person to which or to whom export from Canada is prohibited under applicable laws, rules and regulations.
FORCE MAJEURE
Spectrum Supply Inc. shall not be liable for any damage, cost or loss of profit of Buyer or any delay or failure in delivery or for any failure to perform caused by a force beyond its control, including, but not limited to, an act of God, action or failure to act of any government or governmental board, commission, department, bureau or authority, confiscation, war, blockade, insurrection, invasion, quarantine restrictions, riot, sabotage, acts of the public enemy, flood, fire, explosion, epidemic, landslide, lightning, earthquake, storm, accident, strike, lockout, work slowdown, work stoppage, differences with workers, embargo, power failure or shortage and any delay or failure of supplies, equipment, labour or transportation.
Limited Warranty
All of the goods furnished hereunder are furnished by suppliers to Seller and are sold only with such warranties as may be extended by the original manufacturer of the goods. All care must be taken to ensure that original Manufactures warranty policies are adhered. Damage due but not limited to shipping, handling, misuse is not covered under warranty.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment of Spectrum Supply Inc. invoice is due within the payment terms approved by Spectrum Supply Inc. Credit Department and posted on Spectrum Supply Invoices, upon order with payment made through Visa®, MasterCard® or other approved payment gateways available at the time. Prices do not include applicable sales taxes, applicable fuel surcharges or freight charges. All orders are subject to the approval of Spectrum Supply Inc. Credit Department. All Pricing and payments must be in Canadian dollars. Spectrum Supply Inc. may defer shipments on account beyond payment terms until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order. Spectrum Supply Inc. may, at its option, impose finance, service and/or late charges on any past due invoice equal to the lesser of 1.75% compounded monthly (23.144% per annum) or the maximum rate allowed by law. Buyer shall be liable to Spectrum Supply Inc. for reasonable attorney’s fees and related costs of collection. Spectrum Supply Inc. reserves the right to either withhold shipments, or impose or revise Buyer’s credit limits and/or payment terms.
DELIVERY POLICIES
Spectrum Supplies Inc. ships prepaid and invoices the purchaser all associated shipping, handling, taxes, duties, brokerage and insurance costs unless otherwise authorized by Spectrum Supply Inc. and only delivers to Canadian addresses. All Delivery dates are approximate and the seller shall not liable for any damages due to delay of shipment or performance if caused directly or indirectly, by acts of God or a public enemy, governmental actions, riots, labour unrest, acts of terrorism, inability of manufacturer to obtain raw materials, the bankruptcy of any supplier or any other cause whatsoever . The purchaser agrees to accept partial shipments. Shipping methods are by courier, common carrier and company transport and are determined by the classification, weight, size and volume of product ordered.
